Bug fixes:
- CAM-53 Fixes an issue where the plugin would fail if the directory c:\tmp
  didn't exist.
- CAM-55 Asteroid names with a slash had a backslash prepended in front of the
  slash; this has been corrected. Requires DVTI Cam Control 4.8.5 or newer.

New features and improvements:
- CAM-47: First version, supports sending event data from OccultWatcher to
  the DVTI Camera Control tool. Install the plugin in the same directory where
  OccultWatcher.exe is located and re-start OccultWatcher. Open the context
  menu on an occultation event. If the DVTI Cam Control tool is running, you
  should see an option to send the event to the control tool.
